New Policy!

At Mayvillage Trading, we stand behind all our products and strive for 100% customer satisfaction. Sometimes, things don’t go as planned and we understand this. In the event something does go wrong, we guarantee that we’ll do our absolute best to accommodate our customers. The following is a list of our refund and warranty policies.

Repair Products:

Refunds -

No Risk, Money Back (0-30 Days): Buyer is eligible for a full refund or store credit. Refunds and store credits will be determined by original sale price of products purchased. Products must be in original selling condition (undamaged) and original packaging (when applicable).

Extended Reimbursement (31-90 Days): Buyer is eligible for store credit only. Store credit will be based on current or original sale price, whichever is of lesser value. Products must be in original selling condition (undamaged) and original packaging (when applicable).

Warranty -

180 Day Limited Warranty: Mayvillage Trading offers a 180 day piece-for-piece replacement policy on all its products. Additionally, buyers have the option of receiving store credit for products still under warranty. Store credit will be based on current or original sale price, whichever is of lesser value.

Note: The original shipping date will determine the beginning of the 180 day policy. Warranties can be determined void at our sole discretion. Mayvillage Trading will not issue a warranty replacement on any product physically damaged by any other party.

Vape Products:

Refunds -

Buyer is eligible for a refund or store credit within the first 30 days of purchase (excluding e-juice). A 20% restocking fee will be assessed on all vape returns. Refunds and store credits will be determined by current sale price of products purchased. Products must be in original selling condition.

Warranty -

Mayvillage Trading offers a 30 day replacement policy on all of its vape products against manufacture defects (excluding e-juice). All warranty returns are inspected thoroughly and can take up to 48 business hours for approval of return to be completed.

If a particular product is out of stock, buyers have the option of receiving store credit for products still under warranty or wait until said product is back in stock. Store credit will be based on current or original sale price, whichever is of lesser value.

  • Warranty returns must have packaging and original content to be accepted. 
  • All returns must be accompanied by an approved RMA# to be accepted. 
  • All returns must be initiated and facilitated by original purchasing account 
  • All returns must be accompanied with an RMA return form, properly filled out.
  • All tanks and RDA’s must be cleaned of all liquids to be accepted
  • During testing of your merchandise, If it is determined that it is fully functional, we reserve the right to return the merchandise
  • All "Deal Of The Day" and clearance purchases are final sale. No warranty, exchange or refunds will apply to these items. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping of warranty items. Replacement product shipping will be covered by Mayvillage Trading via ground postage.

E-Juice:

NO warranties, exchanges or returns are offered on e-juice, all sales of e-juice are final

Consumable Products: (wire,cotton,tips,etc…)

For sanitary and safety concerns, the following OPENED/USED items cannot be returned: Wire, Cotton, Tools, Drip-Tips, Unicorn Bottles,Coils, Batteries, Tanks and RDA’s.

Order Disputes:

Buyers must notify Mayvillage Trading of any order issues (broken, incorrect or missing products) within 3 days of receiving shipment. This is to ensure Mayvillage Trading may take proper corrective action.

Occasionally, buyers may not handle returns in a professional and cooperative manner. Accordingly, we obtain the right to apply stricter policies on returns in these cases.

Return/Warranty Replacement Process:

In order to guarantee returns and replacements are received and processed as efficiently as possible, there are a few regulations we ask our customers to abide by. Here is a list, in order, of how to process a return or warranty as a customer of Mayvillage Trading:

1- Click HERE to download and complete the Mayvillage Trading RMA Form. Please be sure to fill in ALL blank fields. Click HERE for a PDF Version.

2- E-mail us at returns@mayvillagetrading.com with the subject line “RMA Request (+ company name)”. Attach your completed RMA Form. You should receive a response with your designated RMA number within one business day. RMA numbers must be received prior to shipping return packages to Mayvillage Trading.

3- Print a copy of the completed RMA Form and include it in your return package. Make sure to clearly write your RMA number on your printed RMA Form and on the outside of the package.

4- Customer is responsible for shipping returns within 30 days of receiving RMA number. If shipped after 30 days, customer must obtain a new RMA number.

*All returns are subject to case by case exceptions. Please contact us if you are having a problem with your items and we will do our best to help you.

**You must be of legal smoking age in your state (18-21 Depending on state) to purchase vape products from Mayvillage Trading. By purchasing vape from Mayvillage Trading, you agree that you are of legal smoking age in your state. Mayvillage Trading is not liable if the purchaser of vape products disregards this policy.
